The Praxis
Praxis — theory that walks. This platform publishes the working scholarship of one vocation: a Doctor of Ministry whose texts are NA28 and BHS, whose classroom is the congregation, and whose hermeneutic ends at the bedside.
Mission
Indonesian congregations sit in hospital waiting rooms every week. Pastors visit bedsides with prayers they have been taught and questions they have not — questions about suffering, fairness, and the silence of God that seminary syllabi rarely schedule. The space between the pulpit and the ward is where believers fall through.
Praxis exists to close that gap — with studies that respect the grammar of the New Testament and the anatomy of grief with equal seriousness; with a triage desk that routes pastoral questions to the right desk; and with a vault that distributes digital editions securely, respecting readers under the Indonesian Personal Data Protection Law (UU No. 27 Tahun 2022). Where the need is physical — supportive oncology therapy, clinical nutrition — the praxis does not pretend to be the clinic: care is entrusted to our partner portal, hannacares.id.
τέλειος — brought to its end, complete, mature. Not perfection as performance, but as vocation finished well. πρᾶξις — practice, doing, the discipline of applying what is examined.

The conversation
A study desk holding the NA28 and BHS and the weekly reality of Indonesian congregations — patients and families carrying wounds that no sermon alone can bind. Over that recurring question the praxis was formed: what does the apostolic text actually say at a bedside?

Exegesis as pastoral discipline
Not a slogan but a craft: the grammar of the New Testament read with a pastor's heart — each text checked against its own sources, each doctrine brought back to the pew and the ward. The space between the pulpit and the bedside is where believers fall through; the praxis exists to bridge it.
